Once your drive is received, a visual evaluation is performed on the drive to make sure the unit is repairable. The drive is then quoted and we await your your approval before beginning the repair process by our trained technicians.

Repair Process:

• The unit is cleaned, components are static tested, and our technicians troubleshoot and inspect the circuitry for faulty areas.
• Once the repairs are completed the drive is tested on our custom built load tester to simulate real world conditions.
